CASA is currently renovating the mansion to create a 21,000 square-foot Multicultural Center that will house several non-profit organizations, and will provide educational, workforce development, leadership development, and services programming to the ethnically diverse but drastically underserved and economically disadvantaged immigrant and minority communities of Langley Park. The Multicultural Center will be both a historic and green building.
Our Goal
CASA has set a goal of raising $33 million by June 2009 to fund the mansion renovations and provide funds for program operations and expansion throughout the state. Funds contributed to the campaign support all of CASA’s programmatic work throughout the state, as well as renovation costs to the Multicultural Center. CASA has an ambitious goal of raising $15 million from the private sector, and we need your help. The Kresge Foundation Callenge Grant Thanks to the Kresge Foundation Generosity and vision to strengthen CASA's fundraising we have been invited to meet a 1 million matching grant if we are able to fundraise $15 million from the Privatr Sector. We need your help!
